- Clubhouse hours are from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. If an individual Owner wishes to have a private party, they should schedule it with the Association Manager. A $50.00 security deposit is required. Following the party, the Owner is responsible for cleaning the area. *You may also request to reserve the clubhouse from your dashboard in the Owner’s portal.
- No pets are allowed in the Clubhouse at any time.
- Owners who want to utilize the Clubhouse during the summer may reserve the Clubhouse for a maximum of four (4) hours per day. If they want to use the Clubhouse for more than four (4) hours per day, there will be a $25.00 per day charge. The Clubhouse must be made available to other Owners and/or Guests who are using the pool and want to use the restrooms during that time.
- The temperature for the Clubhouse cooling should be set no lower than seventy-two (72) degrees.
A minimum fine of $50.00 will be charged for violations of these Rules and Regulations and may escalate for recurring violations. These fines include violations of the Quiet Hours (11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.). Major noise disturbances can result in a fine of up to $250.00. Any damage to the property or clean-up required as a result of improper usage will also result in a minimum fine of $50.00 up to $250.00.
